Our Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday October 3rd at 11 am (location will be posted once confirmed)

Please be on the look out as there are some outdated RFL’s in circulation. Please look for the date Aug 2014  on the top as this is the correct one.

In an effort to update our records, your Exeutive. is currently distributing ‘blue’ membership cards.  We ask that you fill them out (both sides) and return to your Location Rep. or any one of Local 4701’s Exec. by no later than Wed. June 17, 2015.  If you are uncertain of who to hand in to or miss receiving a card to complete, please see  list of Exec. and Area Reps.  As always, if any members have any questions or concerns, please contact us by phone, email or via the submission option on the website.

Our next general meeting for the year has been moved up from May 27 to Wednesday May 20. The location will still be Elm Creek School. The meeting will begin at 7 p.m.

In April,  the Division posted ‘Seniority Lists’ in all workplace locations for CUPE 4701 members.  Please check these lists and if there are any errors/omissions/discrepancies, contact Payroll directly.
