Please Read Re: Sept. 30th GM

Our next General Meeting is on Wednesday, September 30th in Carman at the Royal Canadian Legion on 28 1st street NW from 6:00 to 9:00. We have limited capacity due to the Public Health & provincial regulations and therefore we will possibly have 2 GM’s. We can accommodate up to 50 members at a time so therefore the first GM goes from 6-7 and the 2nd GM runs from 7-8. Members may be asked to attend the second GM that starts at 7 o’clock if we go over the allowable space in the first GM.
Thank you,
Tracey
CUPE Local 4701 President

Welcome back all CUPE support staff

Welcome back all CUPE support staff,

This year has been a very challenging school year, mentally, physically and emotionally.
As per my Divisional Meetings this summer, Prairie Rose School Division is continuing to follow the Provincial and Public Health mandatory guidelines.

As per the Drivers, the Union is diligently working with the Division to try to maintain their mileage allowance as per the Unit B Collective Agreement.

The September GM is possibly deferred as the Union and CUPE are also following the Provincial and Public Health mandatory guidelines. We will keep all support staff notified of the changes.

Until then, please continue to stay safe and healthy and to contact your Supervisor should you have any concerns regarding your work inquiries.

All support staff may also contact their Executive should any matters arise.

Rest assured, your Cupe Executive have been working diligently with CUPE National and Prairie Rose School Division on bringing us back to a safe working environment.

Thank you,

Tracey Stephen and your Executive Committee
