It’s National 211 day – Call 2-1-1 or visit https://mb.211.ca/ for support services any day

Greetings Sisters, Brothers and Friends:

Today is National 211 Day.

For Unions, Locals, Shop Stewards, and front-line service providers, https://mb.211.ca/ is a resource in Manitoba that provides immediate connection for the support services they need most. Service Navigators at 211 help connect callers with supports that can make a real difference—whether it’s mental health and addictions supports, affordable housing initiatives, food security, legal assistance, settlement supports for newcomers, Indigenous-led supports and organizations, or anything in between, a call to 211 is there to help.

For 2022, United Way is celebrating our second year of 211 operating as a nation-wide service from coast to coast to coast, where dialing 2-1-1 will connect any Canadian with the supports they need through free, confidential service 24/7 in over 150 languages.
