There was some concern that the AGM is not being held on September 27th as per Section 4(c) our Local’s By-Laws. At the last General Membership Meeting in St Laurent in May, there was a motion put on the floor to hold the AGM in St Laurent this year. There was a second motion by another member put on the floor to have the date changed to Saturday October 18th 2014. Both of these motions were seconded, put to the Members for discussion and debate, then voted on by the Members in attendance in order for these changes to have been implemented.
